Thfire.com Everyday news that matters Inside Edition obtained an exclusive peek at the late Elizabeth Edwards’s will. Edwards reportedly signed the document on December 1, just 11 days before she died.
“All of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles owned by me at the time of my death I give and bequeath to my children,” the will states. The document names her oldest daughter, Catharine, the executor of the private trust.
Edwards’s estranged husband, former presidential candidate John Edwards, was not mentioned in the will.
