Rajasthan Royals wins a thriller against Delhi Daredevils

The prayers of thousands of Rajasthan royals fans and co-owner shilpa shetty has finally been answered with the win of their team in  a thriller against Delhi Daredevils. The star of the match is ofcourse Shane warne most trusted member Yusuf Pathan.

The match started with Delhi winning the toss and deciding to bat first against Rajastan royals at pretoria.The match begin with no delay at 8 pm IST. The luck which favoured the Delhi openers were missing as both of them went back to the pavillion very quickly.Sehwag was dismissed by AD Mascarenhas while Gambhir was out for a superb catch by Rajastan captain Shane warne for the bowling of AD Mascarenhas.

AB de Villers came to rescue by scoring his  half century against the royals  but  was lbw by Shane warne. And the team ended up with a total of 143 for 7 for 20 overs thanks to the crucial knock played by Daniel Vettori and Manhas.

Rajastan Royals who promised to show a good performance in their batting seems to have been failed yet again with the wickets falling  regurlarly at one end. South African Skipper Grame Smith seemed Solid in batting and kept his wicket. Amit Mishra was exceptional with his bowling for Delhi taking 3 wickets for 34. As all of his smart moves, Warne sent Yusuf deep down the batting  line up and allowed others to bat above him. Failing which by the middle order, Yusuf  pathan was finally seen on the ground.

He started to play his normal cricket by smashing the ball. Yusuf was given life by the drop of his catch.  This was the turning point of the match after which he dominated and smashed the ball all around the park hitting 6 sixes for himself for the score of 62 runs just for 30 balls. Rajasthan royals won the match with 9 balls to spare.

Yusuf  pathan was awarded Man of the match award for his knock. He also received the award for hitting most number of sixes in the match. Certaining Shane Warne will now feel some sort of relief, but he knows the job is undone.
