Job Description:
Answer queries on service turn on, service turn offs, transfer of service, billing inquiries, meter relocation, general query etc and access Customer’s support needs and handle/route accordingly
Use knowledge acquired during training and prior experience to resolve issues
Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
Ensure proper escalation procedures
Ensure adherence to rules to resolve query

BE/BTECH/MCA/DIPLOMA HOLDERS NEED NOT APPLY
Experience: 6 months to 2 years experience in energy&utility / telecom / F&A / customer service
PROCESS DETAILS: VOICE Process involving NIGHT SHIFTS as work hours.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Answer queries on service turn on , service turn offs , transfer of service , billing inquiries , meter relocation , general query etc and access Customer’s support needs and handle/route accordingly
*Use knowledge acquired during training and prior experience to resolve issues
*Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
*Ensure proper escalation procedures
