TCS offcampus in August?

Unconfirmed reports are trending online that TCS is to hire 2009/2010 passed out candidates who have completed either BE/BTech/MCA.

Though TCS themselves reported that there is a offcampus on the way in the first week of September, rumors are widespread that its august.
