Job Description:

*Technically Very sound with Hand-on experience on Cognos BI Tools
(Framework Manager, Report Studio, Analysis Studio, Transformer, Metric Studio, Administration)
* Expert in designing and development of reports and Dashboards
* Must have experience on Cognos SDK / Java
* Must have good SQL skills.
* Must have very good communication skills.
* Must have experience on any other ETL / Reporting tool

Need Specialist in Software Configuration Management.Mandatory Skill requirements are,
* Rational Clear Case /Clear Quest Administration Knowledge
* minimum 5-8 years of experience in installing, configuring Rational Clearse case, Clearquest etc.
* IBM Certified Rational Clearcease Professional
* Knowledge on Build, and Release Management
