Job Description:

* Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and procedures.
* Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries. Electronically process data and respond to customers queries pertaining to banking transaction from HSBC offices across the globe.

* Excellent English communication skills.
* Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
* Good keyboard skills. Flexibility to work in shifts
