Job Description:
· 0 – 2 Years Experience of French Communication to the customers
· Excellent Communication Skills
·Job timing can be both (5:30 PM to 3 AM) or (1 PM to 10:30 PM)
· Diploma/Certificate in Language French; · Fluency in verbal communications in French language.· Fluency in verbal communications in English.

Desired Profile :
· Handle inbound / outbound French calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
· Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
· Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
