Scott’s publicist says the U.S. actor has ended his yearlong engagement to former Victoria’s Secret model Lindsay Frimodt.
The “American Pie” and “Cop Out” star’s representative confirmed the breakup to UsMagazine.com, but didn’t offer a reason as to why it happened.
“They remain friends,” a source told the celebrity magazine of the one-time couple. “It was a very amicable split.”
Seann William Scott, of “American Pie” fame, has called off his engagement to Victoria’s Secret model Lindsay Frimodt, a representative for Scott tells US Weekly. The two got engaged in early 2012.
The engagement came after less than a year of dating and was confirmed at the March 2012 premiere of “American Reunion,” where Scott reprised his role of Steve Stifler alongside Alyson Hannigan, Jason Biggs and Chris Klein. Scott previously sought treatment “health and personal issues” back in 2011.
