Johnny Kemp the singer know for the 80s party anthem “Just Got Paid” has died on Thursday at the age of 55.
Johnny Kemp was vacationing in Jamaica and his body was found floating on a beach in Motego Bay. There is no information currently on what caused his death.
Kemp released his biggest hit in 1988 — it reached #10 on the Billboard charts and #1 on the dance charts. It also got a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Song.
