The Judges for the next season of ‘American Idol’ have been finalized. They will be revealed in a news conference next week.
American Idol’s next season, season 10 has already been causing so much speculation on who will be the judges. Looks like now everything has been finalized. Ryan Seacrest will make the announcement at a news conference at the Forum in Inglewood, California, on Wednesday at noon PT, joined by the new judges.
One thing has been confirmed though Simon Cowell, Ellen DeGeneres and Kara DioGuardi are all out.
There has indeed been a lot of rumors that Jennifer Lopez has joined the Judges. The rumor seems to have been confirmed by PEOPLE though they just stated ‘sources’. They also stated that the deal was done for $12 Million. Jennifer Lopez though hasn’t commented anything on this.
As for Tyler, he seems to be fueling the speculations all by himself. In July when asked what he going to be doing next he said, “Probably going to be a judge on American Idol, I’m doing it! What do you think?”
The most important change that is coming this season in American Idol is that they are going to allow Online auditions. This will be done on MySpace. Moreover the age limit has also been dropped to 15.
