Is Facebook closing? Is it shutting down on March 15,2011?
Holy cow! What a rumor?
It is making me mad with laughter. How can an enterprise worth $50 billion dollar with 500 million users close down suddenly.
The rumor craps should have considered the facebook statistics before starting it out. Lol!
Dont worry folks, facebook is not closing or shutting down. Although it faces serious heat from its rival Google. There is no end for facebook until the web industry closes and i dont see web industry closing out for another 20 years.

But how did this rumor start!
The rumor is believed to be started out by a blogger that posted the following content.
“Facebook has gotten out of control,” said Zuckerberg in a press conference outside his Palo Alto office, “and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness.”
“After March 15th the whole website shuts down,” said Avrat Humarthi, Vice President of Technical Affairs at Facebook. “So if you ever want to see your pictures again, I recommend you take them off the internet. You won’t be able to get them back once Facebook goes out of business.”
I can assure you folks, this is a false rumor.
