Our sources suggest that Apple is just planning to launch two iPhones this year. One iPhone with a 4.5-inch display and another will a an even larger screen, “bigger than 5 inches”.
Apple should try not to make the screen size bigger just because of the competition does and instead try to give importance to the user comfort-ability in using the phone is not lost in the process.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the 4.5-inch phone is near mass production but no set timeline for the bigger iPhone which is still in “preliminary development.”

Even if they are, giving up on the iPhone 5C one year after its inception would be uncharacteristic of Apple, which typically keeps an iPhone model in stores for two years or more.
