Kim Kardashian is reportedly suing YouTube for leaking the footage of Kanye West’s proposal to her.
Kim Kardashian just can’t keep herself out of headlines. This time she made it getting quite angry about the leak of her engagement video.
The engagement video was originally published on MaxBit, a site similar to YouTube and co-incidentally is also co-founded by the same person.
In the lawsuit, the “Keeping up with the Kardashians” starlet said that Chad Hurley, who co-founded both YouTube and MixBit, is the man responsible for the leak of the video footage.
Kim released a statement saying that Hurley was not even invited to her surprise birthday party, and that he must have somehow bamboozled his way inside. When he was granted permission to stay, reports say that Hurley signed a confidentiality agreement and was also photographed holding the contract.
However the 33-year-old stated that nothing stopped him from trying “to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.”
